In accordance with NFPA requirements and local authorities having jurisdiction, A&A will complete sprinkler system inspections and fire sprinkler certifications at required intervals (semi-annual or annual) of your sprinkler systems. At the time of each inspection, A&A will note any deficiency in the fire sprinkler system, and will follow up with an estimate for the necessary compliance corrections. A&A will maintain appropriate records for the fire sprinkler inspection reports and results for submission to the appropriate authority having jurisdiction on the customer’s behalf. We will remind you and the facility’s staff of your upcoming fire sprinkler inspection so as not to interrupt your normal business operations.

Automatic fire sprinkler systems have demonstrated to provide the best protection against loss of life and property in the event of a fire. They protect from the onset of a fire, by responding to heat. As the automatic fire sprinkler system is activated, an alarm is sounded to alert the building occupants and the fire department (if monitored). There has never been a multiple loss of life from fire in a fully sprinkled building.

The authority having jurisdiction (local Fire Marshal) may at sometime request a copy of your fire sprinkler inspection report or reports. If you cannot find the copy we gave you upon completion of our inspection, you may call our office and we can furnish you with a copy.
